FAQ
When can I register?
Register anytime throughout the semester.
Mid-semester registrations are welcome and will be prorated.
Are supplies included?
Supplies are included for most youth classes. However, Comics Art and Fine Art classes require students to bring their own sketching materials. Please see individual class descriptions for details.
Some adult classes may also require supplies; instructors will provide a supply list when needed. See class descriptions for more information.
What is the payment schedule?
Semester Classes
The first month’s tuition is paid at registration. After that, your total tuition is divided into equal monthly payments, which are auto-drafted on the 1st of each month.
Workshops
Payment details for workshops may vary. Please see individual workshop descriptions for specifics.
What if we miss a class?
Most of our projects span several weeks, so regular attendance is important. If a student does need to miss a class, their teacher will help them catch up on any missed work.
How big are the classes?
We keep our classes small so students get plenty of personal attention. Most classes are limited to 8–10 students.
What about cancellations?
You may cancel your enrollment at any time during the semester with two weeks’ notice. This allows us time to fill the student’s reserved spot.
All cancellations must be requested by email to eprice@rainbowfactory.com.
Refunds are prorated based on the number of classes already held, including the two weeks of classes after your notice is given.
